The Returns Postage Label is a cost effective way to return or exchange your purchases (Australian addresses only.)
It includes:
- A prepaid shipping label that is emailed to you. You simply print the label, attach it to the parcel and lodge it at the post office.
- PLUS free shipping on the exchanged item and any additional items if you decide to add to your order.
IMPORTANT:
Before ordering the returns postage pack please double check the items you are returning are in the same condition you received them. We understand you may need to open a plastic bag to try things on, so don't worry if the bag is opened but do make sure the item is clean, unused, hair free, has all swing tags attached and is back in it's product packaging it. Items that aren't in original condition can not be accepted.
The following items are not returnable: Special order of non stock products or made to order items.
Returns must be received within 30 days (from the receipt of parcel).
Please include your order number, the item you are returning and what you would like us to do in the Return Details box AND in the parcel you are returning. It helps us to speed up the returns process if all the information is with the returned item :)
Please allow up to 1 business day to receive your shipping label email. The email will come from Australia Post, if you haven't received it after one business day please check your SPAM box and then contact us.

By: Lyn Whitby on 27 June 2020Having ordered the wrong size boots I had to return them to Ashbree via the Returns Postage Pack. I organised this easily over the phone. Posted them off with the printed off label on a Monday. The the next sized boots arrived 10 working days later. All very efficient.

I packaged the parcel, fixed the label to the package and off it went. No hassle. Parcel was received by Ashbree in a couple of days and refund was issued. Quick, easy, and convenient.

The returns process was fantastic! Haven't worn the boots out yet but on first look, they seem to be good.
