How much is shipping?

Free shipping is available to Australian addresses on orders over $150 (excluding heavy/bulky items), just select the free shipping option in the checkout. For all other orders shipping is calculated by weight. There is a shipping calculator on every shipping page but if you are purchasing multiple items it's best to add all the items to your cart and then using the shipping calculator on the view cart page.

I need my order urgently can I pay extra for Express shipping?

Yes just select the Express shipping option in the checkout.


Can I return the item if it doesn't fit or I don't like the look?

Yes we offer 30 day returns on all stock items (excluding consumables such as wormers and supplements), just be sure to keep it clean and all swing tags and packaging intact. (Gladwrap on legs is a great way to keep horse boots clean when trying them on.) Click here to see full returns policy.

Do you offer International shipping?

Yes, international orders are also tax free. To view the tax free prices you can create an account and login or you can use the estimate shipping and taxes feature in the 'View Cart' section (link is at the very top of the page.)

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Afterpay or bank deposit / transfer. 

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are dispatched within 1 business day (orders received before midday are often shipped same day) unless otherwise stated on the availability section on the product description page. All goods are shipped from Penrith NSW 2750 so you can check the Australia Post website at www.auspost.com.au to get transit times to your suburb or contact us and we'll check for you. Please note that whilst we try to keep accurate inventory levels online there are mistakes from time to time, if this happens we will contact you as soon as possible with an updated delivery estimate and give you the option of waiting or cancelling your order.

Do you keep items in stock?

Our website runs a live inventory which means you can check the availability of an item any time on the product page. If there is more than one colour/size option please select your choice, it may take a moment for the system to check stock before displaying the availability message. Occasionally two people will buy the last of the one item at the same time but our system does a final stock check again on the payment page so this is very rare.
