By using our website and shopping on our site, you are governed by our terms and conditions, set out below. It is your responsibility to ensure you are familiar with our Terms and Conditions, and by using this website you are entering a contract and agreeing to these terms. Ashbree Saddlery reserves the right to add to, change or delete these Terms & Conditions from time to time without notice. By continuing to use the website you agree to be bound by the changes.
Legal Capacity To Purchase
You must be over the age eighteen (18) years to place orders with Ashbree Saddlery. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you acknowledge that you are over the age of eighteen (18) years.
Should Ashbree Saddlery suffer any damage or other losses as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor, Ashbree Saddlery reserves the right to seek compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians of the minor who caused any order(s) to be placed with Ashbree Saddlery.
Placing Your Order
You may place an Order by filling in the Order Form on the Ashbree Saddlery website.
When you place your order, we will issue you with an order number. We will do this by email.
By placing an order, you make an offer to us to purchase the products you have selected based on these Terms and Conditions. Information contained on the Ashbree Saddlery website constitutes an invitation to treat. No information on our website constitutes or should be deemed as an offer by us to supply any products; however Ashbree Saddlery will make every effort to supply products to you. We will notify you that your order is being processed by sending you an order confirmation and tax invoice via email; however, we do not formally accept your offer until your order has passed our internal validation procedures for verifying the bona fides of each order placed, for the purpose of preventing credit card or payment fraud. Ashbree Saddlery reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion. We will confirm acceptance of your order when we send you an email confirming shipment of the goods you have ordered. If we are unable to process or accept your order after payment is received we will contact you by email or telephone.
Ashbree Saddlery accepts payments by credit card, Paypal and direct deposit. You can select your payment option on the checkout page. No goods shall be sent until payment has cleared.
We understand how important your privacy is and we will not disclose your name, address or any of your personal details to third parties for marketing purposes, unless we have your permission. If you agree to receive our newsletter, we will contact you regarding special offers, new products and new articles and news. You may opt out of receiving information at any time.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
When ordering products to be delivered outside Australia, you are responsible for ensuring that the goods of your order can be lawfully imported to the destination country. You are the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Your orders may be subject to import costs such as customs, duties and taxes. You are responsible for the payment of any such costs (which may be in addition to the stated purchase price for such goods on the website).
Coupons and Discounts
Ashbree Saddlery in its absolute discretion may from time to time provide discount coupons to existing and/or new customers.
Coupons can only be used towards the payment of products on our website and are not applicable towards delivery costs unless otherwise stated on the terms of the coupon.
Where a coupon is used towards the payment of a product (or products) there may be an outstanding balance due on the product; and in such case the balance must be paid in full before the product will be shipped.
Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupon or discount offer.
Standard products can be returned within a 30 day period. We recommend you send the products with a guaranteed service, as we can not be responsible for any items that are lost.
The following items are not returnable:
- Special orders of non stock products
- Made to measure items
- Personalised / custom made items
Items must be received at Ashbree Saddlery within 30 days (from the receipt of parcel).
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs; therefore initial shipping costs will not be refunded (unless the return is a result of our error).
Items must be in re-sellable condition at the full RRP including product packaging (to the discretion of the Ashbree Saddlery Team). If the item is not re-sellable at the full RRP a refund will not be given.
If item does not meet re-sellable conditions then it will be returned to the customer, at the expense of the customer.
All goods must be in original condition with all labels and swing tags attached and in original packaging to be considered resellable.
Returned items that are dirty or have horse hair on them will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer, at the expense of the customer.
