You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

You should expect to receive your refund within one week of our recieving the goods, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
Items must be received at Ashbree Saddlery within 30 days (from the receipt of parcel)
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs; therefore initial shipping costs will not be refunded (unless the return is a result of our error).
Items must be in re-sellable condition at the full RRP including packaging (to the discretion of the Ashbree Saddlery Team). If the item is not re-sellable at the full RRP a refund will not be given.
If item does not meet re-sellable conditions then it will be returned to the customer, at the expense of the customer.
All goods must be in original condition with all labels and swing tags attached and in original packaging to be considered resellable.
Returned items that are dirty or have horse hair on them will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer, at the expense of the customer.
How to return goods
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping costs from various providers. Any shipping times are approximate from the date of shipment and are offered as a guide only.
Although every effort is made to ship your Order according to the estimated delivery times provided, estimated ship times may change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control. If your Product has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us here.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kg.
The free shipping option for orders over $100 is for Australian deliveries only. International orders will have the shipping rates calculated at the checkout.
