Good but difficultBy: Mia on 19 October 2016Ive been professionally wrapping horses since I was ten, and i find these wraps more difficult than conventional wraps. I really like the idea of these wraps being half fleece half elastic. The only problem is that it is very difficult to make the fleece end at the bottom of the leg and the elastic to end perfect at the top with the logo in front. Would be easier if there were different sizes, my mare has skinny legs and i think the fleece bit is too long which forces me to double up at the bottom to make the elastic start there. With practice I have gotten better at putting them on so the logo finished in the front. OTHER THAN THAT they look really nice and sharp, and my mare has had no swelling in her legs (which she used to get after a hard ride). OVERALL I think they are a good quality product, I use them with every ride, they just take time to get used to putting them on. Maybe not suited for a beginner wrapper
quality second to noneBy: Scout on 18 September 2015these are exactly as described, and really beautiful, i am definately going to buy another set, i highly recommend these bandages they are different to other in that they have the inner polyfibre and the outer more elastic sectio... they are amazing!
Excellent tack investmentBy: Karen on 1 September 2014These bandages were used when a SJ horse couldn't wear boots due to a small skin complaint. They didn't move at all, offered respectable protection (for lower level jumping), were easy to apply and do not need a pad (although one could be used if desired). They wash up well too. The first half - against the leg - is polar fleece. The fleece then rolls into a heavy-duty elasticised material of the same width. The fabric join is also simple but effective and would not discomfort the horse with added pressure points. All in all, I would recommend these bandages. They were a short-notice/last minute buy for me shortly before competition. They were better than expected and I have since bought 3 more sets. The price is also excellent.
The BEST bandages!!By: Kirsten on 22 December 2011These bandages are the best I've seen!! The first half of the bandage is polar fleece then the second half is made from a ribbed elastic material which means it doesn't catch the dirt as much as regular fleece bandages and it offers better stretch for support and freedom of movement.
